1.What is laser equipment ?
When the laser was invented ?
Its principle was discovered by the famous physicist Albert Einstein as early as 1916, but it was successfully manufactured for the first time unitl 1960. The English name of the laser is Laser, which is the abbreviation of Light Amplification by the Stimulated Emission of Radiation. The full English name of the laser has fully expressed the main process of manufacturing the laser.
Why was the laser ?
Now the laser is widely applied in all kinds of producing, fast speed : efficiency 30% ↑ and producing cost 40% ↓ , long working time : easy to handle 30% ↑ ,maintenance cost 45% ↓.
Laser equipments use the laser technology to clean, weld, mark and cut, it is widely used in printing and packaging industry, craft and gift industry, advertising industry, leather clothing industry, model industry, stone industry, studio industry and so on.
2. What is main business scope of Freeon ?
Our main business scope is laser cleaning machines, laser welding machines, laser marking machines, laser cutting machines and laser machines parts .
3. What is the business principle of Freeon ?
Customer First : Freeon use the strong relationship with all the laser machines factories to promise the customers the best suitable laser machines.
Staff Second : Freeon provides different jobs whose salrary is 20%-40% higher than the normal leavel, pay attention to the empolyees’ career development and life problem.
Compnay Third : All of the Freeon’s administrators serve the customers and staff.

6. What is the logo of your laser mahcines ? Can we make our logo on machines ?
Our laser machines are with our own logo of Freeon. If you don’t want to use our logo, we can also make your logo on our machine with the official authorization of your logo.
7. Will the details of my project remain confidential?
We will sign a confidentiality agreement with every our customer who want to have their own logo, and will keep your final customers and project details confidential.
8. If we are interested in your machine, how do we choose?
a, What main job you do with the machine?
b, What is your request max working area? __mm * __mm ?
c, What’s your material diameter and length?
d, What material you want to cut, stainless steel ,carbon steel ?
e, What’s your favourite laser generator brand ? laser generator as optional parts, different customer, different choose.

9. How deep can your laser marking machines engrave into metal?
All metals can be engraved into with some depth; However, some metals are more amenable to depth engraving. Softer aluminum material will engrave with depth with only a few passes. The best way to test your material is with our Applications Lab.
10. How does Freeon monitor the quality?
We have the following quality tests:
measuring testing (weight, dimensions, etc.)
physical testing (powder, wavelength, single pulse energy, etc)
functional testing (scanning width, pluse length, making size, etc.)
parts tesing (the total working time, operating rate, etc)
100% inline testing by inspection machines (working rage, tolerance, scanning speed testing, etc.)
QC workman will check the goods randomly during the production
11. Will Freeon’s laser machines be safe during transport?
a, Inner: plastic stretch film and white foam.
b, Middle: small pieces of wood and screws.
c, outside: standard export wooden case.
We’ll try our best to make our laser machines deliveried to you safely. In case the machine was damaged, please contact us, we will process the replacement as soon as possible to ensure that it arrives in time.
12. How long does it take to learn to operate your laser machines?
The software is easy to learn with teaching video, also we can help you to learn the laser online. Usually it will take a few hours to operate the laser ,But it will take a bit of trial and error to learn what speed and power settings to use with different materials. So we include a comprehensive guide with your system that has recommended speed and power settings for various materials with which you will be working.
13. What should I do when something goes wrong with the laser machines?
We offer a two-year warranty, the machine with main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge(some parts will be maintained) when if any problem during the warranty period. Beyond the warranty period, we still provide maintenance service.
14. Do you have after-sales support?
Yes, we are happy to give advice and after-sales service, we also have skilled technicians available across the world, We try our best to make your machines running in order to keep your business running.
15. What happens if I have a complaint?
Please do the QC within 15 days after you got the goods, if you have any complaint, we have the technical workers to handle your issue. If it is our Freeon’s problem, we can do the refund or offer the discount in the new order.
